Procrastination defined: The ACT of delaying or putting off until the last minute or missing the deadline all together (a form of self regulation failure)
Similar terms: Stalling, Hesitation, Defer, Drag
Opposite: Eagerness & Readiness
Which describes you when it comes to the things that matter and wanting to create changes?
For example in your health, weight loss, finances and relationships or even in relation to your dreams?
“Procrastination” is one of the most expensive invisible costs in your health, to your life, to your dreams, to your happiness and to your business arena!
So when you are wanting to create change or a difference... Dig in! Go for it! Be excited! Turn your nervous into excitement and fun. Make the obstacle an "opportunity" to grow and to rediscover you! You have a choice on your path. Make it a time to win and create success by not procrastinating. Recognize its your story to pick up the pen write and its your choice what each page says.
What is it you REALLY want? Self discovery is an awesome adventure when you are open for change. We often come up against change as a deprivation to us …. RE-EVALUATE...
REMEMBER: That your true wins is a process and at times it’s about digging in deep and also working harder up front to obtain successes. It’s about digging into the things that kick you out of your comfort zone. It’s about being uncertain and doing it anyways. Doing it until and then some…
